Get Help
You Deserve Support.
If you are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or another urgent need, help may be available through community organizations and public resources.
Bridges to Hope is currently in the development phase. Our shelter and direct service programs are not yet operational, and we are not currently accepting applications, completing shelter intake, or maintaining a housing waiting list.
While we build our programs, we want to help connect individuals and families with resources that are available now.

What Bridges to Hope Is Building
Building Pathways Toward Stability
Bridges to Hope is developing a coordinated approach to homelessness and housing instability that goes beyond temporary assistance. Our goal is to help individuals and families move toward stability, independence, and long-term success.
As funding, partnerships, approvals, and organizational capacity are established, our planned initiatives include future emergency shelter services, Rapid Re-Housing, Foster Youth to Independence partnership opportunities, Older Youth initiatives, housing navigation, case management, employment readiness, life-skills development, financial literacy, behavioral-health referrals, and other wrap-around supportive services.
These programs are currently in development and are not yet accepting participants or applications.
